As one of the core developers of The Graph, our team primarily focuses on research on the application of deep learning to decentralized query cost prediction and query verification based on zk-SNARKs. In addition to this partnership with The Graph we are also launching a new Web3 product - a smart order routing solution called Odos.

About the Role

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for you to own and scale the entire DevOps processes and infrastructure, supporting a high-growth B2C and B2B DEX offering. You take a data-driven approach to optimization focusing on reliability and our mission of delivering the best user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and deploy high quality, scalable, reliable, and low latency API’s in [Google Cloud, AWS, Azure]
• Help ensure uptime and reliability for blockchain-based solutions
• Refine and own the monitoring stack (Prometheus and Grafana)
• Automate a variety of engineering-related tasks and processes
• Manage and upgrade our Kubernetes infrastructure with minimal downtime
• Assist in developing a robust real-time data streaming platform to be used for a variety of tasks related to data science, product development, and streamlining internal developer experience
• Improve internal build systems and manage/optimize CI/CD

Candidate requirements

Essential

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science
• Strong technical background and 3+ years of professional engineering experience
• Solid understanding of distributed system concepts, non-functional requirements like logging, monitoring, debugging, alerting, performance
• Ability to quickly write scripts to resolve or fix data related issues serving API’s
• Experience with containerization and managing Kubernetes clusters
• Experience maintaining and scaling cloud infrastructure (ideally Google Cloud and AWS)
